Reservation Booking Information
RESIDENTIAL HOTEL ROOM RATE AND MEALS, WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY:
Room Rates: Classic King sleeping room, includes breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, am and pm breaks:
Single $129.00 (€91, £80, RUB3786, AUD $122)
Double $168.00 (€119, £104, RUB4931, AUD $159).
Dinners are not included for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; for Saturday Dinner Banquet, see below. There are many nice restaurants, next door or within a short walking distance from the hotel, offering a variety of cuisine.
Saturday Dinner Conference Buffet will be a selection of fish, chicken or vegetarian option: fee $25.00 per person (€18, £16, RUB733, AUD $23).
NON_RESIDENTIAL CATERING FEE FOR DAY ATTENDEES:
The non-residential Day Attendee Catering Fee is $35.00 (€32, £28, RUB1320, AUD43). The day attendee fee is payable directly to the Hotel, by the day attendee, when they sign in at the hotel front desk before the Conference. The day attendee catering fee includes: breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, also am and pm breaks,
Conference Registration Fees
1 Day Registration Fee is $23 (€16, £14, RUB663, AUD21 and is due in by March 1, 2012). (Please note that day registration attendees must also pay the hotel the above Non-Residential Catering Fee for Day Attendees.)
eg. if you are attending for 1 day, you will pay $23 (registration fee) + $35 (non-residential Day Attendee Catering Fee) = $58.
The Conference Registration Fee is payable directly to the "A & E Conferences" and it is in addition to the Hotel costs.
You may pay the Conference Registration Fee online at the link below, or you may print and fill out the mail-in Registration Form below and mail us a cheque.
Please ensure that you Register before you arrive at the Conference, as it helps the Planning Committee to know before-hand how many people are attending and consequently what arrangements need to be made with the Hotel.
