The 13th A&E Conference in 2008, will take place at The Royal Norfolk Hotel
in Bognor Regis, UK.
Conference Registration Fees
The Conference Early Registration Fee of £45 or €65 or US$85 is due in by
February 1, 2008.
After February 1, 2008, the Registration Fee will be increase to £50, €70, US$90.
The registration fee includes a CD of the Proceedings PDF and MP3 audio files of
the sessions.
Hotel
Reservation and Booking Information
It is not too early to make reservations with the Royal Norfolk Hotel, and delegates are asked to book them early and
directly with the hotel.
The A&E Conference does NOT make reservations for delegates.Bookings can be made via
phone or the Royal Norfolk Hotel website

Residential Room Rates
£75 per person per day.
Includes: Breakfast, Mid-Morning Coffee, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and
Banquet Dinner on Saturday evening.
Non Residential Day Rates
The per day Conference Registration Fee is £15 per person.
In addition, the following Hotel Fee will apply to day delegates:

The Hotel requires day delegates to sign-in and pay at the front desk.
